Information
If you are a food vendor and wish to be part of the Bates County's Great
American BBQ State Championship & Fall Festival

Here for the form. A Food Vendor is classified as one who will make a
profit selling food at the event. If you are entered into the BBQ State
Championship than you will not be required to pay an additional fee other than
your competition fee's. If you will be a competitor in the contest and a vendor
of food, please notify us immediately. If you are vending stuff like snow
cones, funnel cakes and etc, please contact us for a possible cheaper rate.

The Butler Chamber of
Commerce has taken over the registration's for the Craft Booths. Craft Spots are
available for $15.00 per spot. The spot will be a 10' X 10' area and you
can have as many spots as you would like but will be required to pay $15.00 / Spot.
If you would like Electricity please add $5.00 to your amount.
There will be a first come first serve basis on spots and a preferred
registration by August 24th, 2009 because of a high quantity of craft/vendor
inquiries. Late registration by approval only.
