I understand that my daughter will be assigned raffle tickets, events tickets and armbands. Method of Sales is left up to the Parent or Legal Guardian. The Butler Police Association does not recommend, but does not limit, door to door sales unless the Candidate is accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian. If candidate wishes to set up commercial locations to sell tickets on their behalf the candidate/parent is still responsible for the monetary value of those items and must post notice which candidate will receive credit for those sales. If candidate wishes to set up and sell tickets or armbands on commercial property she must have permission for owner or operator. The Butler Police Association wishes each and every candidate the best of luck.

The Candidate will be initially assigned 250 raffle tickets and event tickets as figured by the event chairman. As the candidate needs more raffle tickets or event tickets they will report to the Butler Police Department and contact Brandon Plunkett, Matt Weiss or Raffle Chairperson Ashli Cox. Before Candidate will be assigned more raffle tickets/event tickets the previous amounts will be accounted for and paid for.

I understand and fully accept responsibility for the monetary value of such assigned Tickets/armbands.
